Saima and David created an absolute masterpiece for our wedding. The level of detail that was put into our cake was incredible and it tasted delicious. From the very start Saima and
David were so helpful and easy to deal with , gathering ideas and inspiration, cake tasting and running through plans. We can't reccomend them enough. Our cake exceeded our expectations and we are so glad to have had Sd Cakes create our beautiful wedding cake.

There are no words to adequately express how outstanding SD cakes are. We are so grateful for the absolutely stunning wedding cake they made for us. Their communication, friendliness and professionalism was top class. I sent an image of a cake design I liked, but what they made went far beyond what I ever expected and I was blown away when I walked into our reception room and seen it. Added to that, the taste of the cake, out of this world! The pastry chef in the Manor House in Mount Juliet said it was the nicest cake they had ever tasted (and they try alot with all of the weddings they host!) All layers were so delicious and all of our guests were raving about the cake. The whole process of booking was so seamless and I am so glad that we booked SD cakes. From first contact with Saima and David they were so helpful and professional. We booked with them during Covid and they were so good with helping us make our choices. The sample box that they sent to us was amazing. Saima was so helpful with the design of the cake and to top it all off they offered us a flower wall for behind the cake too! Wonderful service and everyone said that the red velvet cake was the nicest they have ever had

Saima and David were fantastic from the very start. Very quick response no matter what time of the day or night it was. Saima & David couldn't help us more from the moment we got in contact about our wedding cake. Nothing was too much trouble, four date changes and they were so accommodating.

I have gestational diabetes and even then they both couldn't be more helpful with making sure I could have some cake. My husband is a diabetic and he was delighted.

Our cake looked absolutely amazing and tasted even nicer. Our guests loved it.

The cupcakes are an added personal touch which really brightened up the following day.

I can't speak highly enough of this supplier, not only was the cake looking spectacular it was so delicious. Saima was so easy to work with, so helpful and supportive during the pandemic also. Saima is such a lovely person. She is so talented and I was so happy with our cake plans. Having to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19 means that she is no longer available to do our cake. So disappointed. I would highly recommend any brides at the cake stage of planning to get in touch with her. So reasonable and her cakes are just perfection

We booked SD cakes for our wedding and from the moment we met Saima she was very helpful and professional. Her cakes are amazing! And her prices so reasonable, I was not able to find another baker willing to create our cake for the price we were given.
Sadly we never got to use SD cakes for our wedding as we had to postpone and they were not available for our new date. However they gave us a full refund of our money (we had already paid in full) and tried their best to help us as much as possible.
100% recommended, just gutted we won't be able to have you as a supplier on our actual wedding day.

We were delighted, we chose Saima to make our Wedding Cake. She was absolutely lovely to work with. We brought pictures of ideas that we wanted for the design and she sketched a few drawings which were amazing, the end result blew us away. The cake tasted like heaven. The flavors we choose for the cake; chocolate, pistachio, red velvet, lemon & blueberry, and jelly cake. My cake was everything I wanted and more it was totally perfect

We had our wedding in April it was great to call up to her in March to taste her amazing cakes & chat to her. We had all the flavours we wanted - red velvet / chocolate / pistachios it was a great pleasure to meet with her she is sooo kind/nice/honest and down to earth and when I saw the display on the day I was blown away with her Excellent work it's just beyond amazing and the PRICE is the BEST you could ever get believe me! Saima is extremely professional and every brides dream. Her creativity is amazing not only did it look amazing but the taste, wow!!! People were raving about the flavours. And moreover following the day of the wedding I passed by her place to say thanks she surprised me with a jelly cake as a gift it was so testy one of the best jelly cake I ever had, that was very kind of you Saima, thank you thank you so much for being part of our day!!! Amazing cakes what make these extra special these cakes are step above the rest made with love and care. Syma and David went over and beyond to cater for us in every way gave great advise. Loads of complements about our wedding cake.Attention to detail was second to none could not recommend enough. If you want perfect cake look no further. Was delivered to venue no problem. We choose saima SD cakes to make our wedding cake after seeing so much of her work on Facebook we fell in love with the cake idea she had for us and we were not disappointed on the day the cakes looked amazing and tasted so good. We couldn't get enough of it and everyone at the wedding complemented on it. It was very easy for us to discuss with saima what we needed and what budget we had. She was very flexible to work around it and tell us what we will get.
Her art work on the cake is amazing and so detailed you don't even want to eat it. Saima also went out of her way to get the cake to the venue on time and also set up the cake table perfectly. Overall we are very happy with the cake and service that was provided. We can't thank her enough.

Saima made our wedding cake 6 years ago. When we first visited Saima she showed us pictures of her cakes. When we saw the picture of what we eventually chose I immediately fell in love with it. It was a 4 tier cake and the icing on each tier was a different design. I remember one design wasn't me so instead Saima made snowflakes instead as we had a Christmas wedding. The end result was amazing, so so elegant and the detail looked so intricate. The flavours were also amazing, for me especially the red velvet. I would highly recommend Saima and David to any couple planning their wedding!
