Platinum Services Dublin Airport

Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Our tickets were presented in a beautiful gift box. We arrived at Platinum Services at approx 4.30am. We were met by 2 bright and cheerful members of staff and spoiled for the duration of our stay. Nothing was too much and everything was done with a smile. We enjoyed a gorgeous fresh breakfast (with bubbly of course) and relaxed until we were taken to a private security checking area and then taken by a luxury BMW to where our flight was waiting for us to board. We were also given a beautiful gift which was a lovely surprise. This is the only way to travel. Totally stress free, no queues or looking for somewhere to sit keeping an eye on the screens for our flight. That was all taken out of our hands and taken care of by Platinum Services. A perfect gift from a bridal party or even a wedding gift to each other. I cannot recommend this service highly enough, everyone should experience this at least once in a lifetime and there's no better time than when you're heading off on your honeymoon as the VIP's that you are. I haven't even begun to touch on everything that's included in this service, you need to experience it to believe it.

We had the pleasure of being treated by a friend to the Platinum check in when we were going away on our honeymoon. It was a real wow experience. The staff have all been handpicked to enhance your experience, they are the friendliest crew I've ever met. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and escorted to our own private lounge area. While we were relaxing, someone was checking our bags in and ensuring everything was ok for us. They asked had we been there before, when we said we hadn't, they gave us a wee tour around the place. They did all the checking in of our bags so we had a connecting flight and wouldn't need to see them til we reached our final destination. There was any type of Tea/coffee/chocolate/crisp you wanted. A fully stocked bar(minerals, wine, beer, prosecco, couches, tv, ipad, newspapers. There was a little menu where you could order anything you wanted from scones, fruit salads, soups,etc, so we had a nice breakfast while we chilled in our lounge. It was nearly time to check in and our crew came to collect us. We went through the smallest security screening in the world, our own private one - the best part... no queues! We followed the staff member through all the normally locked doors you see when walking around the airport to the tarmac. It was like getting a tour behind the scenes in the airport. We were then driven by BMW to the door of our plane the far side of the airport. This was the most relaxed and stress free we ever felt boarding a plane. When we arrived back, we had check in for the journey back. Again, a member of the team greeted us at the door of the plane and drove us by BMW to the platinum area. We were brought to our own private area to chill and have breakfast while someone waited on our bags and brought them to us. After travelling for a long time, I had the best shower in the airport. All towels and toiletries provided and a powerful private shower room. After we relaxed, we headed home refreshed and chilled after our time away. I would highly recommend this as a real treat for yourselves going on honeymoon, anniversary or as a gift for someone. We will definitely avail of this service again in the future.
