Looking for a celebrant should be exciting and hopefully not at all stressful, - I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have, and hopefully be able to conduct your own personal ceremony.
I'm a legal wedding celebrant and marriage solemniser accredited with the Humanist Association of Ireland, and registered with the state, so I can perform a fully legal ceremony anywhere in Ireland. As a former RTE radio and tv presenter, producer, and Christmas Fm DJ, I am well versed in public speaking and scriptwriting, and I enjoy creating personal ceremonies tailored to reflect the essence of you as a couple.
I have conducted hundreds of weddings from simple to spectacular for intimate couples, gregarious socialites, adventurous elopers, secretive celebrities, and top wedding planners (as featured on RTE's My Big Day: Home or Away). Whatever your preference, I treat all as the best day of your lives - it is after all your day, and as an experienced professional I will endeavour to advise on and facilitate what you want as best I can.
A wedding is a formal event and it should also be fun and joyful, so I try to make everything as easy and stress-free as I can. I have a file full of cards, emails, and letters from couples who have embarrassed me with their kind words and gratitude for my part in their special day, and I hope I can do the same for you. Keane made our ceremony so engaging and just lovely. All of our guests commented on this. He is a really nice, genuine man and speaks so naturally with a great sense of humour. I'm so glad we found him and that he was available for our wedding. He was so easy to deal with in the planning of the ceremony. I highly recommend him.

Keane was a professional from start to finish. He made the whole process of planning our ceremony easy. He was helpful, responsive, met us several times in advance of the big day either in person or online. He has a warm, calming presence and a way of putting you at ease. The ceremony itself was perfect. So many guests told us it was the best wedding ceremony they’d ever been to, and largely because of Keane. He is a brilliant host, made the day fun yet professional. Several guests who were also planning weddings asked me for his contact details. Thank you Keane for making our day so special!

He is warm, easy to work with, and took the time to understand our relationship, which came through clearly in his ceremony, which was warm, reflective and relaxed, with exactly the right amount of humour. Keane was our sole minister for our wedding in September 2024 in Boyne hill house. I can honestly say from the first time we met Keane over zoom he was so helpful. Our service was relaxed, our style and everyone who attended our wedding has commented on how magical it was. Keane made it so easy and I can’t thank him enough for being such a special part of our big day.

Keane was an absolutely fantastic celebrant. He made everyone feel at ease and relaxed with his quick wit and kindness. Everyone was raving about him afterwards. He even went so far as to include some bits in French and Irish for us. Honestly, we couldn't be happier. The whole ceremony was fantastic and this was largely due to Keane, his charm, friendliness, sincerity and kind nature. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. He was wonderful in the planning stage too, sending us many recommendations and being really open to adapting the ceremony to be representative of us as a couple. Book Keane as soon as you can for your wedding. He will make the day for you! Five stars ????!

..We are massively embarrassed it has taken us so long to drop you a note to say a huge, huge thanks for such a special ceremony. It honestly was the absolute favourite part of our day, so personal and all about family. You made it so relaxed and calm for us too. Really was exactly how we pictured it. All of our guests felt the same, also saying it was the best ceremony they had been too and many said it on more than one occasion too!
We even had one of my Mum's friend's husband decide it was a humanist ceremony he wanted for his funeral and our day helped him decide that - ha!! A massive compliment!!
We're actually looking at having our girls naming ceremony as a Humanist ceremony next February and wondered if you would be able conduct the ceremony for us? ...Thanks so much Keane again for all!

Highly recommend Keane Harley. Keane was our celebrant for getting married and also looked after our two sons naming days, all years apart & what an incredible job he does. He’s super flexible, a great communicator while also so relaxed and friendly. It’s been brilliant getting to know him through all our life events over these years and honestly we are so lucky to have met him.
