We had such high hopes for Joey as all of the reviews had been so good. Joey arrived early and recorded some of the wedding prep which was very much appreciated. We were very happy with Joey on the day and overall with the quality of the video. Unfortunately, apart from that we have had nothing but disappointment. While the contract stated that delivery could take up to 20 weeks or more during a particularly busy season (we got married in spring, and it was not busy yet at that time), we waited 44 weeks. We consistently had to reach out to Joey over the course of many months. He had promised us a delivery date by mid-November, which was not fulfilled. Then, when we finally received the final product we were extremely disappointed to find out that my father-in-law's speech was missing. While we understand that mistakes can happen, it is very disappointing that he had not noticed this after 10 months. We have many older members of our family and our main reason for getting a wedding video was to capture the nuances and movements of those, as well as their voices, for when they are no longer with us. Unfortunately we will never have a video of that speech. We hate to leave a bad review and absolutely appreciate that mistakes can happen, but the minimal communication did little to assuage our concerns. Waiting 10 months with a key speech missing after reaching out again and again is simply not fair considering the price.

Joey captured our day perfectly, it brought us so much joy to watch it back. The video is something we'll cherish forever. Definitely recommend

Joey was easy going fun and relaxed on the day of our wedding, which really helped with the nerves. The final version of the recording we received was expetional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

Joey's video of our wedding day turned into something truly special, which we'll always treasure. So happy we have it to look back on whenever we want - highly recommend!
