Where to begin, the cake was a highlight of our wedding day and a huge hit with everyone!
From the start, Noeleen was great - arranging tasting boxes, being flexible with wedding dates, talking us through sizes, making wedding favours and working with us on the flavours (milk chocolate biscuit cake - devine)! As a self confessed Pinterest addict, she created our dream cake based on inspo images and really listening to what we liked/disliked. Her design turned out better than we could’ve imagined - it was a show stopper. Very reasonably priced for the detail and service provided - we’ll be recommending her for years to come.

We came across Empire Bespoke on Instagram and were so impressed with their portfolio of cakes. We ordered a sample box and after tasting the cakes there was no going back! The flavours were out of this world.
Noeleen was so attentive to our wishes down to the finest of details, but we were happy to provide a vision and trust her completely with the creative process. She exceeded all expectations - the cake was exquisite in every sense. We wish we had a sculpture of it to display in our house! So many of our guests commented on how stunning it was and how it was the nicest wedding cake they?d ever tasted - the most highly complimented tier was the toffee apple flavour!
We would recommend Empire Bespoke to any couple who want a beautiful wedding cake that tastes amazing and will have their guests talking about it for months to come!

Empire Bespoke cakes are unbelievably creative,professional and a pleasure to deal with and I could not have asked for better with empire bespoke cakes. I sent a design I had in mind and Noeleens version just exceeded my expectations. .. she knew exactly what I wanted and that's just with the design..the cake was to die for! Everyone still talks about our wedding cake! It was really a masterpiece !Thank you so much Noleen . Best wedding cake company around as I had researched many before I came across this gem.

We were having a small registry office service and a meal with close family and friends before travelling abroad for our main celebration. Noeleen suggested instead of a large wedding cake, why not give individual cake to the couples attending which I thought was a most brilliant idea. We decided on Lemon flavoured Madeira which were beautifully decorated exactly how I pictured them and they tasted absolutely divine!!!!
I highly highly recommend Empire Bespoke Cakes for any occasion. Noeleen is professional, patient and nothing is too much trouble for her. She's a master at her craft. Thanks Noeleen x

Our cake for our wedding was absolutely stunning and exactly what I envisioned! Not only was it beautiful but it tasted amazing and was a huge talking point at the wedding. Every piece was devoured!
Our original provider cancelled last minute and Noeleen was able to fit us in and make my dream cake come true.
She also offered sound advice when I realized I?d never got a cake topper or cake base. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Noeleen made the most beautiful cake for our wedding, we were so delighted with it. She has a gift for sugar flowers and I am so delighted we chose her to make our cake. She was so accommodating to us as we had to change the design because we had to have a smaller wedding and no longer needed a three tier cake. And the cake......tasted like heaven in food form.

We ordered our cake for our wedding - 3 tiers, all different flavours with a very specific style in mind. Noeleen hands down delivered on all requests. Noeleen was easy to reach, very professional and let's just say there wasn't a piece of cake left, it was just delicious!!!!

I've used Empire Bespoke Cakes on a number of occasions. I've been delighted with the quality of the cakes and the service provided and at a very competitive price too. I can particularly recommend the Christmas pudding cake (nicest chocolate biscuit ever! ) and the Unicorn birthday cake - I don't know Noeleen's secret recipe for her chocolate sponge but whatever it is it's delicious! Noeleen is a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend her cakes.

We planned our wedding in Ireland from the United States, and Noeleen made the process so easy. She was kind, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with from afar, which took so much stress out of the planning.
She made us a fully gluten-free Lord of the Rings-inspired Minas Tirith wedding cake for 70 people, and it was legendary. It was lemon with elderflower curd and buttercream, and it looked incredible. Elegant, detailed, completely unique to us, and somehow even better than I had imagined.
The cake was delivered seamlessly to our wedding venue on the day, and I did not have to worry about a thing. It became one of the biggest talking points of the wedding, and people are still commenting on it months later. The care she put into the cake was obvious. She created something beautiful, personal, safe for me to eat, and genuinely delicious.
We are so grateful and would recommend her wholeheartedly.
