Daisy Bakes

Sinead made our cake for our wedding in July and it was just perfect! She listened to everything we wanted and the cake was amazing it tasted as good as it looked! I even got messages from guests after looking for her details as the cake was so good! If you are looking for a delicious cake that will also look incredible Daisy Bakes is for you!!

I tasted Daisy Bakes Cakes at a wedding last week and it was second to none. The flavour was to die for, I had to go back for more. It was so moist and very evident that quailty ingredients had been used. I'm looking forward to ordering from Daisy Bakes in the future. 10 out of 10 for me for both the design of the cake and of course the finger licking flavour.

She's the best cake designer around really nice person as well I would give her 5 stars all round

Sinead is easy to talk to. I didn't have to so many extended, fluffy conversations. She's direct, tell her exactly what you want and she will do it!! Looks and flavors!
Delivery and service was fast, easy, no issues at all. They were prepared.
Taste and execution of the cake was perfect.
Definitely book Daisy Bakes because they are a professional business with a touch of sweet personalization. I didn't feel like I was a number, just another run-of-the-mill customer.

First, I'm was a pretty precise bride. I wanted to keep things simple but I knew exactly what I wanted for the cake. I pay attention to the fine details in customer service, professionalism, product. I really scrutinize!
I got in contact with Sinead in June 2016 for a September 2016 wedding. To say that our experience with Daisy Bakes was perfect is an understatement.
We are from Las Vegas in the US and Daisy Bakes really took care of the details all through phone and Facebook messaging. I knew it was a little odd since we were overseas and they is a newer (you would never be able to tell with her work) cake business in Ireland but we found them through Facebook and we are so glad. Sinead was very direct and kind and asked for everything she needed to know in order to get our cake just right.

Once in Ireland, Sinead checked in and told us that the cake would be delivered to our hotel the evening before the wedding, which was in the countryside- a bit out of the way of anything really. I am SO glad they did because the day of the wedding, I hardly had time to take it in and look at it! Exceptional timing and service. You guys are just so sweet.

The cake looked gorgeous. I asked her to make sometime a simple, single tier 12 inch cake with that trendy messy, rustic frosting look. But the catch was I wanted to have a few little "creatures" sticking out of the side of the cake.. so that it would look elegant and simple but upon closer look, a little silliness peaking out of it. My husband loves Captain America, Mega Man, and Yugioh. (This is why I specifically sought out Sinead- she does wonderful little characters and props on cakes!) The little character creations turned out awesome, and my husband had a great laugh with them. The inside looked great. So interesting and makes you want to have a taste. It made me think of their motto "At Daisy Bakes, it's just as important as what's on the inside as what is on the outside."
The taste: impeccable, just delicious. Sinead let us choose whatever flavor and look to our hearts' desire. We decided on a Banana Hazelnut with buttercream- a flavor that we boldy chose, having never tried it ourselves! The flavor was a great balance between banana and hazelnut. Flavorful enough to be so unique but subtle enough for you to keep wanting more. The buttercream was so yummy! Not too thick but definitely creamy. Reminded me of a heavier frosting. So good. The colors and contrast were rich, the nuts were a great size (did not bother the people that have teeth issues) and texture were wonderful.

I'm sorry if I'm saying the same things, I just can't stop thinking about how it rounded out our special day. We could not be selfish with this cake because it was so great, so we shared with not only our guests but all in the hotel!

Sineds is such a lovely person to deal with. Very personable and a great listener so she will know exactly what you want. Sinead made our wedding cake which was absolutely beautiful to look at but even more delicious to taste. We had some wonderful feedback on the cake and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend sinead.

Sinead was so easy to deal with, such a professional. Our wedding cake is still a talking point 2 years after our wedding, beautifully designed and tasted divine. Sinead took all our ideas on board and was very flexible with designs, she was not at all pushy which was so refreshing as some people can push their own ideas on you. Any time I wanted to chat about the cake she was always very easy to get hold of and if I left a message she would get back to me very quickly. Overall I couldn't have had a better experience with the my wedding cake and this was all down to Daisy Bakes and Sinead, what's on the inside is just as important as whats on the outside when you purchase a cake from Sinead...so if you want a cake that looks and tastes heavenly there is only one cake designer for you....DAISY BAKES!!!!
