Leading up to our wedding, I was stressing about the timeline, flow of the day, and ensuring the reception room would have that ?wow? factor?Kate continuously worked with me, providing constructive feedback on how we could accomplish what I was envisioning. Nothing was too much trouble or out of the question.

On our wedding day, Ben and I were truly able to be in the moment because we knew Kate had everything under control. While some brides may go back and forth between using a planner or not, I promise that having Kate there ensures you focus on what matters that day ? becoming husband and wife.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Kate Deegan. My wedding was the PERFECT and it's all because of her. I came to her with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!
Kate is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want her as a planner!! She respected our input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. The day of the wedding had some hiccups but because of no one noticed and the wedding run so smoothly. She is easy to contact and easy to work with ? we were planning from abroad and she helped relieve all the stress of the wedding planning process. Kate is attentive, organize and resourceful. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Coordination Made Easy. We found Kate such a pleasure to deal with. In the run up to the wedding she gave us great recommendations for music, video and photographer. She did an amazing job in decorating the church with laterns, flowers and a beautiful backdrop that made it feel very intimate. On the day everything ran exactly in line with her timetable and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The banquet room in the hotel looked beautiful, with gorgeous candles on every table. Our guests were blown away by the room, everyone was commenting on it. The candlelight also made our photos look extra special. Throughout the day and night Kate worked away in the background, taking all the pressure off us and our bridal party. Hiring Kate was definitely a decision we were glad we made and we would highly recommend her to any couples who want to take the stress out of their big day.

My bridesmaids organised Kate for us as a gift for the day of our wedding and it was the best gift we could have received. Kate was totally amazing, on hand for things others would not have remembered or noticed. She kept us all nice and calm the morning of the wedding which was great. Being the bride having Kate on hand was just so reassuring and it really did allow me to sit back and relax. Whenever I turned around Kate was there and on hand to make sure that I was ok and also all of the bridal party and our parents. Buttonholes and car ribbons were done in two seconds while we were looking at them! :)

I cannot recommend Kate highly enough and it was a privilege for us to have Kate with us on the day of our wedding.

I have to admit, the road to finding Kate Deegan from Coordination Made Easy was a rocky one. After working with two other wedding planners who were 1) completely unavailable for me and my husband and 2) overbearing, we finally found Kate. What a blessing this was! Kate was a pure gem to work with. She has this soft, calming demeanor that is topped only by her organization and professionalism. She was amenable to all of the requests that my husband and I had made for the big day, as well as making lovely suggestions that enhanced the magic of the day. Kate was very responsive to emails and phone calls... even when she was in her first trimester and sick as a dog. I never knew, however, because she was always available to me. My wedding day was the most beautiful, and least stressful day of my life because Kate was always quietly there taking care of every detail. I didn't know until after the wedding was over that she was due to have her baby in less than a week! She did a truly remarkable job, and is a pure joy to work with. I cannot recommend Kate enough.

My husband and I had decided to have our fairytale wedding in Ireland. We wished to be officially wed where his grandparents were married so long ago. I tried to start planning the destination wedding for 10 of our closest friends and family, and quickly became overwhelmed. My husband found Kate Deegan through an online review service, and I quickly contacted her for help.

Not only was Kate essential in the planning of our public venue, she found us a band, our wonderful photographer (the BEST - Thanks Mike!), she assisted in our 10 person party hotel accommodations, suggested must-see towns and landmarks, and even assisted in getting our marriage license from the same town where his grandparents were married!!! Kate was able to calm my stress and ease my fears of having a destination wedding planned in a country I have never had the pleasure of visiting. We mostly communicated through email, however, I could already tell that my Husband had found me an angel. By simply describing the vision we had for our Cliffs of Moher wedding, she made it come to life. A few days before our fairytale, outdoor wedding at the Cliffs, Kate even called me to discuss the back-up venue she booked in case of poor weather. Talk about being thorough! I finally met Kate the night before the wedding, and I immediately ran to her and gave her this huge bear hug!!! I felt as though she had given me more than I had even imagined for our wedding. We all decided to proceed to have our wedding at the Cliffs, rain or shine.

Our whole day and our whole trip was absolutely perfect thanks to Kate and Co-ordination Made Easy; and I will never be able to thank Kate enough for the gift she has given to my husband and I. I even have a wedding day picture of Kate and the new Mr. and Mrs. Dyer hanging in our home. Thank you Kate, Slainte!

Dear Kate,

Katie and I, and our respective families, will forever and fondly remember you for creating such a joyful and magical wedding experience. We had originally been referred to a more flamboyant wedding planner whose vision and ours did not quite mesh. We connected with you about 3 months before our proposed wedding date, which happened to fall right before Easter. Despite the short notice and limitations imposed by the timing of the wedding, you were able to assemble the perfect combination of people, setting, and events. Our day was just so special; a day, which all of us were able to simply relish and enjoy, without worrying about a single detail (and like any wedding there were MANY details). The afterglow of that day and night and our whole experience in Doolin still burns bright a month after the events. Our families still reminisce about each of the unique experiences enjoyed individually and shared as a group. There was something for everyone, bride and groom, our siblings, the children, and our parents.

Kate, you were there with us every step of the way (before, during, and even after the wedding), ever smiling and cheerful, mindful of the details and keeping everything on track. Before the wedding, during the preliminary planning stages, you listened to our preferences, offered valuable suggestions, and always kept in mind our vision. You have the most devoted, pleasant, sincere, and talented network of wedding celebrants, photographers, videographers, drivers (and their vehicles), hair and makeup personnel, musicians, and etc., at your disposal. On the wedding day, you and your crew, took care of every detail, cheerfully kept us on pace, and even recorded the unfolding events with photos and video. We never worried, knowing you were there, and watching over us. Even when the vintage automobile got a flat tire, we took the opportunity to take staged photos of Katie and I changing the tire. You had a happy solution to every obstacle.

I don't know if we can credit you for the sunny wedding day, but I wouldn't doubt if you had a hand in that, as well. An outdoor wedding in Ireland, in March, lends itself to disappointment, but the setting and day were stunning. In the movie, ?The Princess Bride?, the Cliffs of Moher are depicted as the ?Cliffs of Insanity?. An apt name for what we were trying to pull off, but you helped us do it!

Even now, over one month after the wedding, you are following through to be sure we are receiving our pictures and video. We shed tears watching the video and viewing the photographs. You helped us create a wedding experience uniquely ours, authentically Irish and Celtic, and you magically transformed a cold but sunny March Irish day into one of the warmest days of lives. Kate; you, Dara Malloy, Mike Mulcaire, Mike O?Sullivan, Yvonne Casey, and everyone else who had a hand in our wedding planning and delivery will always be remember as dear friends and family.
